We provide fully bulk billed services with little wait time for patients who are in need of urgent care for injuries or illnesses that are non life-threatening

We provide urgent care but for life-threatening issues please call 000

What can we treat?

We can treat any health issues that are urgent but non-life threatening.​ This includes:

  • Minor Cuts

  • Sprains or Suspected Fractures

  • Sports Injuries

  • Minor Infections

  • UTI's 

  • Minor Burns

  • Rashes 

  • Insect or Animal Bites

  • Cough, Cold or Flu

  • Mild Asthma Attacks

  • Earaches

  • Fevers or Chills

Booragoon Urgent Care Clinic does not provide treatment for regular checkups or complex conditions. See your GP for non-urgent, routine and preventative healthcare.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7:00am - 9:00pm (Monday-Sunday). We are open 365 days a year including Christmas. Please keep in mind that we may be unable to accept patients after 6pm on weekdays and after 5pm on weekends. 

Will I be charged?

Booragoon Urgent Care Clinic is free for all Medicare eligible patients. 

Can I walk-in? 

Yes, we are a walk-in clinic.

Can I book a Telehealth Appointment?

No, we do not offer telehealth appointments, our services are available to patients present for a face-to-face appointments only.

Do you have a Prescription Policy?

We will not provide:

  • Replacements for lost, stolen or destroyed prescriptions

  • Prescriptions for pain meds

  • Pharmaceutical with anxiety-relieving and sedative properties.

  • And other controlled subtances

Can I visit for something non-urgent?

Your local general practitioner (GP) should be your first point of contact for non-emergency, routine and preventative health care. This includes general screening and health checks, vaccinations and prescriptions, mental health advice, family planning, referrals for tests, scans or specialist care, chronic disease management or preventive health procedures such as cervical screening tests.

Do you bulk-bill? 

Yes. Booragoon Urgent Care Clinic is a fully bulk-billed practice.
